An uncomplicated statement explaining how we age and what to do about it:

Think of all the cells that make up our body as tiny apples. When we are young, our body produces a substance that keeps our apples fresh and crispy. When we get to our early twenties, our “apples” begin to rot, and as we age, our body is no longer producing enough of that important substance. As more and more apples rot, our body deteriorates and is attacked by all those problems we associate with old ag\

So what to do? We can adjust our diet (I can tell you how) and take supplements (I can tell you what those are) that produce the substance that kept us healthy when we were young. At the same time, we need to get rid of the rotten apples that are in our body; we can do that by fasting and working out hard, all the way to exhaustion. Those two things release substances that consume and recycle those rotting and rotten apples.

If this interests you, I will be happy to respond. It will cost you nothing more than reversing your age.

Here is to your health,

Richard
